Procedure
Whisk the matcha powder with the heated water (not boiling, but lukewarm) until the matcha is fully dissolved and has formed a dark green mixture. Place the mixture in the fridge for about 10 minutes to cool.
Once the matcha has cooled, add a tablespoon of Pure Marine Collagen to the matcha mixture and stir well until the powder is completely dissolved. Next, fill a dry glass with ice, pour the matcha into the glass, and top up with milk. If desired, you can now add syrup to taste. Stir well to ensure all the ingredients are well combined, and enjoy your matcha!
